The Department of Electronics Engineering was established in 1990 whereas PG course, M.Tech. (VLSI) started from session 2007-08. The UG course has been accredited by NBA for the second time for 3 Years since 29th May 2009. The department is housed in an ultramodern complex covering an area of 30000 sqft., surrounded by beautiful landscapes creating an excellent learning ambience. The department possesses experienced and qualified teaching faculty. Apart from academic activities, the department organizes various seminars and guest lectures for updating technical knowledge. The department has well equipped laboratories with modern and sophisticated equipment. The students of the department have always excelled in curricular as well as extra-curricular activities like sports, art, cultural etc.

The department of Electronics -Engineering has an active society called “EXESS-FORRUM” which has been formed with a view to promote various technical activities, co-curricular activities and extra-curricular activities for Knowledge growth and overall personality development of the students of this department.
